On-Demand/Retainer (Starting at $99.00/month)
Get the type of support you need when you need it. This service includes weekly, monthly or other periodic check-in meetings, as well as agreed upon deliverables. Great for:
- Check-in meetings, progress review and strategizing
- Peer-to-peer sounding board
- Issue/challenge/conflict analysis and recommendations
- Policy review, development and recommendations
- Partner, resources referrals
- Short-term or specific deliverables (website update, document development, meeting facilitation)
- Guidance in any of APT’s specialty areas
- Having a consultant on retainer
This is a pre-paid service payable on the 1st of each month and can be discontinued at any time. Prices start at $99.00/month for a monthly check-in meeting (up to 1 hours of deliverables per month) or $499.00 per month for a weekly check-in meeting (up to 6 hours of deliverables per month). Additional time or services can be added at any time.
In-Person/Video Group Training (Starting at $399.00*)
All People Thriving is dedicated to creating a world where all people – without exception – feel welcome and included. All People Thriving specializes in business and organization management items, team building, customer service, and empowerment-based, trauma-informed training and education that helps learners better understand the people and systems they engage with.*Additional costs may include travel, lodging, and multi-day/multi-session trainings if applicable.
Business/Organization Start-Up ($1599.00)
This service is designed to provide quick start-up for small businesses and nonprofit organizations, and includes an Operations Manual/Business Plan as well as website set-up and design. All People Thriving works with business owners and nonprofit leaders to complete the following deliverables within 30-45 days:
- Mission, Vision, Core Beliefs, Guiding Principles and Values
- Initial Board, Partners or Advisory Committee Development
- Bylaws and Decision-Making Processes
- General Administrative Items (phone, email, hours of operation)
- Human Resources Planning
- Finance, Budget and Accounting Planning
- State Filing (Articles of Incorporation), EIN and 501(c)3 application (if needed)
- Fundraising Plan Outline
- Marketing and Outreach Plan Outline
- Media and Press Policy
- Program, Products and Services Development
- Operational Manual/Business Plan
- Starter “Snapshot” Strategic Plan
- Dash-Based Website
This service is provided at a flat rate of $1599.00, with the first half payable up front and the final payment receivable upon completion. 3rd party fees may also be required to complete the project and these often include: State Filing Fees ($10-$100 depending on the state), PO Box Fees (usually less than $100 per year), Website Hosting Service (approximately $100 per year) and 501(c)3 Application ($275-$600 depending on current IRS guidelines).
Program/Project Management ($1999.00 per month)
All People Thriving provides program initial start-up, as well as short-term and long-term project management and facilitation services. Services generally include the following deliverables, and can be easily tailored to meet your specific needs:
- Program, Product and Service Development (including events, manuals, educational models, tools, technologies, advocacy strategies, etc.)
- Operational Manual
- Dash-Based Website
- Establishment of Advisory Committee, Task Force or Similar (if desired)
- Mission, Vision, Core Beliefs, Guiding Principles and Values
- Decision-Making Processes
- General Administrative Items (phone, email, primary contact)
- Human Resources Planning
- Finance, Budget and Accounting Planning
- Fundraising Plan Outline
- Marketing and Outreach Plan Outline
- Media and Press Policy
This service is provided at a flat rate of $1,999.00 per month for up to 10 hours each week and payments can be made on the 15th and last day of each month, or half up front and half upon completion. Contracts generally range anywhere from 1-12 months.
Interim CEO/Executive Director (Starting at $3,999.00 per month)
All People Thriving provides interim director services for small businesses, nonprofit organizations and public or government agencies who are seeking a short-term, experienced director to address immediate challenges or gaps, and to prepare for a CEO/Executive Director permanent hire. Deliverables generally include the following, and can be easily tailored to the organization’s specific needs:
- Complete an Integrity Check to ensure organization has all of its key elements in place (build and develop as needed):
- Mission, Vision, Core Beliefs, Guiding Principles and Values
- Board of Directors with Role Descriptions
- Bylaws and Decision-Making Processes
- General Administrative Items (phone, email, hours of operation)
- Human Resources Management Plan with Job Descriptions and Healthy Internal Team Communications

- Facilitate Clarity and Organization-Wide Consensus and Commitment to Mission, Vision, Core Beliefs, Guiding Principles and Values; Foster and Nurture a Healthy Internal Team Environment
- Provide Monthly Status Reports/Recommendations to Board of Directors
- Provide Day-to-Day Operations Management
- Provide Oversight and Ensure Implementation of Programs, Products and Services
- Work With Board to Develop New CEO/Executive Director Job Description in Line With Strategic Plan
- Facilitate the Hiring, Recruiting, Interviewing and On-Boarding Process for the Permanent CEO/Executive Director
- Provide up to 6 Weeks of On-Boarding/Training/Transition Services for the CEO/Executive Director
This service is provided at a flat rate of $3,999.00 per month for up to 20 hours each week, and can be increased as needed depending on agency needs and complexity (I.E. $5,998.00 per month for up to 30 hours each week). Contracts generally range from 3-6 months. Payments can be made on the 15th and last day of each month, or on a half up front/half at the end basis.
